Meet Your Coach

Ryan Greiss, CPT, CNC

A marketing and communications professional and a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces' decorated Golani Brigade, Ryan Greiss re-embarked on his own fitness journey after falling off the path during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the birth of his daughter.

​

After years wasted on ineffective routines and fad diets, Ryan decided a more scientific approach was needed and became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-certified physical trainer and nutrition coach.

 

Ryan lives in West Orange with his wife, two children and two dogs. He trains his friends and family and is accepting a very limited number of new clients.

No gym? No problem. Only have 20 minutes to work out? We've got you. In-person and remote/online training options are available. And we'll be there for you — to check in, keep you accountable, continuously modify your workouts as you progress, and to answer any questions.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition and lifestyle are just as important (if not more) to health as training. Full Send will help you to make better choices to fuel your body and set you up for success as you pursue your health and fitness goals.

 

Within our scope of practice, we can advise you on weight loss or mass-building strategies, caloric intake goals, macro- and micronutrient distribution, supplement evaluation, and more. And we've got some great recipes to share...

Home Gym Design

At Full Send, we believe that your body is the gym. But equipment helps!

 

Ryan is obsessed with his garage gym. Starting with a yoga mat, he slowly started adding equipment: adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a pull-up bar... and eventually he invested in a full home gym. He's done all the research and can recommend equipment at any price point to fit any space. Even if all you've got to work with is a studio apartment, we'll suggest the tools you need. And if you're local, Ryan won't be able to resist grabbing his socket wrenches and helping you set things up...
